Astronomer provides platform support for Apache Airflow. As an Airflow Engineer, I was responsible for ensuring all deployments are up for custoemrs all the time. This includes

Adding monitoring metrics and infra dashboarding support
Helping with client issues when they face an issue
Deploying Airflow in variety of infrastructures based on client requirement
